Michele is a Certified Podiatric Medical Assistant and has been a part of Dr. Ray’s staff since 2004. She is certified in podiatric radiology and insurance coding.
She also has an Associates degree in Business Management and took on the position as Office Manager in 2018. She is responsible for scheduling surgeries, testing, authorizations, patient billing as well as many other front & back office duties.
Michele and her husband, Bobby, make their home in Ligonier with their 2 dogs Tyson & Bailey

Office Receptionist
Pat resides in Latrobe with her Airedale Terrier, Bluey. Pat has been at Ray Foot & Ankle since April 2022. She is our office receptionist. She handles appointments, greets our patients, answers incoming calls among other office duties.
Pat has 2 daughters and 2 granddaughters. She was previously employed at Gyno Associates before joining our team. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family & friends.
